Covid 19 Update
We hope this message finds you healthy during these challenging times that we all cope with COVID-19.
We are now open for regular business hours and seeing all patients.
If you have a scheduled appointment and you feel sick (cough, fever, chills, runny nose, body aches), please call the office and ask to be rescheduled.
Patients arriving for appointments are being asked to complete a brief health questionnaire and their temperature will be taken.
We have removed extra chairs in the reception area to maintain six feet separating individuals. If you need to speak to one of the front office personnel, please do so one person at a time and allow 6 feet of distance between all visitors.
Patients will be allowed one visitor who will also be screened for signs of illness at check-in along with the patient. We ask patients and visitors bring and wear face masks to your appointment. Visitors must wait in treatment room with the patient for the entire visit. Bandana or cloth facemasks are acceptable. We may request mask removal during your appointment for assessment and treatment.
Our staff will be screened for symptoms at the beginning of their shift for COVID 19 symptoms. Staff members are requested to wear face masks at all times. This is not due to any present illness but to protect you from any potential exposure. Staff may be required to wear additional PPE, such as goggles and gowns, if there is a higher risk of aerosolized transmission, such as with surgical procedures.
We are spacing out appointments to allow for fewer people in the office at one time.
We will be taking extra cleaning precautions by disinfecting all room surfaces including computer keyboards and drawer pulls in between patients. Counters, exam chairs and door handles will continue to be sanitized between clients.
We are committed to your health and doing our best to follow all recommendations! We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adapt to changes.
